That little lad will remember these days with his lovely garndma and grandad all his life I think... you are so encouraging with him.
Well the dead bird didn't last very long in the house, it was just too smelly and full of creepy crawlies which didn't want to stay in the tray! Our budding palaeontologist was really only interested in the bones actually.
